We have everything you need for a dynamic career! We are currently seeking two dedicated part-time Client Services Interns for our New York City office and two interns for our Parsippany, NJ office . This internship will run from May/June through August , with the potential for extension into the Fall .

Candidates MUST be available to work on-site three (3) days per week . This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and professional environment.

Responsibilities

will include but are not limited to: Scanning of all client related tax documents into GFR system Organize and maintain supply room and kitchen pantry Restock supplies within the office, keep track of inventory and reorder supplies when low, maintain vendor relationships Receive guests to the office and answer phones Sort and distribute mail, prepare outgoing mail Prepare and log all incoming/outgoing FedEx/Certified Mail and messenger packages.

Qualifications

: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative, dependable, and professional demeanor Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members Exercises sound judgment, a quick learner and strong problem-solving abilities Demonstrates a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative Business Hours: Normal business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Position is not available for remote work; attendance in the office is mandatory. Reliable transportation is required.
