We’re looking for a Project Manager III to lead complex restoration projects with full autonomy.

You’ll oversee multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, navigate regulatory frameworks, and drive high-quality delivery from planning to close-out. If you’re ready to step into a leadership role that balances strategic thinking with boots-on-the-ground impact—this is your opportunity. You’ll work from one of our regional offices or project hubs, collaborating with internal scientists, engineers, and field teams, as well as clients, agencies, and subcontractors.

Travel typically ranges from 10 to 25% , especially during field execution and key regulatory milestones. In the afternoon, you might visit a restoration site to coordinate with subcontractors and monitor progress, then report on budget performance and percent complete. You’ll use RES’s PM Best Practices (Opportunity Charters, Risk Registers, MS Project schedules) to manage scope, risk, and timelines. Whether you’re speaking with regulators, adjusting plans due to unexpected site conditions, or presenting updates to a client—you’ll lead with clarity, purpose, and professionalism.
