Rarebreed Veterinary Partners — Maine Veterinary Medical Center
Maine Veterinary Medical Center is looking for a compassionate and motivated Emergency and Critical Care Clinical Supervisor to help lead our emergency and critical care team. In a setting where every moment matters, this role is key to supporting both patients and the people caring for them. You’ll work closely with hospital leadership to create a strong, collaborative environment where your team feels supported and empowered to deliver exceptional care.
This is a full-time day shift position, working Thursday through Saturday,6p-6a. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Our innovative environment means you’ll get to work with specialists of all stripes and practice cutting edge care!
As part of our team, you’ll work with the latest technology, gain access to state-of-the-art training facilities, and collaborate with a positive team to deliver the highest quality of care to the pet patients we all love. Maine Veterinary Medical Center (MVMC is a VECCS level two certified Rarebreed practice that has full in-house laboratory capabilities, a fluoroscopy suite for interventional procedures, a GE 64-slice CT, MRI, respiratory ventilator, in-house telemetric monitoring, ultrasound and endoscopy. MVMC is a multi-specialty hospital offering services in Emergency & Critical Care, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, and Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine.
Our collaborative team of experienced emergency clinicians and criticalists enables us to provide advanced, high-quality care to a knowledgeable and dedicated client base.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Team Leadership: o Lead and support technical staff through daily guidance, coaching, and feedback o Partner on hiring, onboarding, and performance management o Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment Workflow & Operations: o Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and patient flow o Delegate
Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS
