Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Define, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for inference and training infrastructure. Stay ahead of AI trends, including new model architectures, hardware optimizations, and open-source developments. Balance qualitative insights (partner feedback, community discussions) with quantitative metrics (benchmarks, system performance) to inform roadmap decisions.

Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams, participating in design reviews and technical discussions to evaluate trade-offs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (Engineering, Solutions Architecture) in a software company. Strong technical fluency in AI/ML infrastructure; comfortable discussing system architecture and reading technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum

Hands-on coding skills (Python, C++ etc); experience contributing to open-source communities. Experience creating content for developer audiences (blogs, social media) or organizing tech events/hackathons. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive product decisions.

Experience conducting user research and interviews to uncover user pain points. B2B or developer-facing product experience.
