About The Team

The Search AI Product & Mobile team sits within Coupang's Search and Discovery org. We're dedicated to crafting innovative search and discovery experiences for Coupang customers — using cutting-edge AI to empower users to navigate products with ease and find everything they need. As the mobile TLM of this team, you own one of the most critical product surfaces on Coupang's app — Search and Discovery, where 60%+ of transactions happen.

We move at high velocity, work closely with ML and backend platform teams, and ship features that have direct, measurable impact on customer satisfaction and revenue. The Role We're looking for a Tech Lead Manager - Mobile, who will lead the Search API Product & Mobile team, drive the technical direction of the team and grow the team members.

What You Will Do

● Build, grow and mentor a team of mobile engineers includign iOS and Android. ● Build inclusive team culture to make every one belong, refine process to make team members’ work easier. ● Drive the cross team collaborations with Backend and ML teams, even cross organizations.

What We Are Looking For

● 8+ years of industry experience in mobile development and 2 years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in search, discovery, recommendation, or feed products on mobile ● Hands-on experience integrating
