What You’Ll Do
: As Senior Director of Compute Services, you will be responsible for the infrastructure that supports internal and external customer platforms. Your services will deliver compute capacity to the most innovative and demanding AI labs in the world. You will work closely with thought leaders to define the future of AI computing infrastructure covering bare metal deployment, kubernetes, container registry and virtualization.
About The Role
: As Senior Director of Compute Services, you will be responsible for the infrastructure that supports internal and external customer platforms. Your services will deliver compute capacity to the most innovative and demanding AI labs in the world. You will work closely with thought leaders to define the future of AI computing infrastructure covering bare metal deployment, kubernetes, container registry and virtualization.
Define and drive the engineering roadmap for CoreWeave compute products Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams, including managers and senior ICs, responsible for building and operating security-critical services. Own the availability, reliability, and performance of security product services in production, including SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and on-call practices.

Who You Are
: 10+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering building and operating production services. 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including directly managing other managers and scaling multi-team organizations. Proven track record of delivering at scale compute product products at a cloud provider, security company, or large-scale SaaS, preferably in an AI or Machine Learning environment.
