District of Columbia International School (DCI) is a public charter school serving over 1600 racially and economically diverse students in grades 6-12 from across the District of Columbia. Position Overview: DCI is hiring a full-time Office Administrator. This position is responsible for providing a first impression of the school to students, families and the community by responding to phone calls and general information requests.
Qualifications
: HS Diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred) Relevant experience. Ability to lift up and carry orders and deliveries short distances; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Experience in a school environment; Comfortable in a Mac environment; Experience using Google suite; Able to draft and create documents and spreadsheets. Experience in accounts receivables and billing preferred.

Assist students and staff as necessary.
Report Attendance. Input data. Participate in dismissal procedures at the end of after school activities, ensuring that each child leaves with the appropriate adult (parent or authorized adult for pickup).
Assist with ACE after school duties as assigned. Embrace French, Spanish, and Chinese cultures by leading and participating in cultural activities for faculty and students. Commitment to environmentally sustainable business practices.
