Do you have the ambition to become a Team Lead? We’re looking for a Team Lead in our Fulfilment center in FC10! As a Team Lead, you coach, motivate and lead a team of Shoppers.

Besides this, you will make sure the process runs smoothly! 🚀 What will you do as a Team Lead? A Team Lead, or “Captain” as we say at Picnic, is responsible for leading a team of Shoppers and ensuring a healthy working atmosphere where people are working together towards the same goal.

You're responsible for the wellbeing of your team. When something appears to become a problem, you know how to fix it in no time! Together with the other Captains and the Supervisor, you ensure that the goals of the day are achieved.

You’re supporting a group of Shoppers with their personal development, taking the time to listen to them and providing help where needed. As you’ll be the one who knows your team the best, you’ll be responsible for their reviews, providing feedback about various aspects of their performance. As a Team Lead, you’ll create a real team spirit and make working at Picnic feel like a party!
