Team Captain DC4

Do you have the ambition to become a Captain? We’re looking for Morning shift Captains in our Distribution Center in DC4! As a Captain, you coach, motivate and lead a team of Shoppers.

Besides this, you will make sure the process runs smoothly! Disclaimer: All Captains within DC1 and DC4 should be available to work at the both locations when needed. 🚀 What will you do as a Captain?

A Captain is responsible for leading a team of Shoppers and ensuring a healthy working atmosphere where people are working together towards the same goal. You're responsible for the wellbeing of your team. When something appears to become a problem, you know how to fix it in no time!

Together with the other Captains and the Supervisor, you ensure that the goals of the day are achieved. You’re supporting a group of Shoppers with their personal development, taking the time to listen to them and providing help where needed. As you’ll be the one who knows your team the best, you’ll be responsible for their reviews, providing feedback about various aspects of their performance.

As a Captain, you’ll create a real team spirit and make working at Picnic feel like a party! 💪🏻 What makes you the ideal Captain? Strong ability to motivate and coach team members.

Strong ability to ensure a healthy working atmosphere. Available for 32 to 40 hours per week and flexible in working hours (FYI, Captain start at either 5:30am for opening, or at 05:45am for morning shift) Available for at least 4 out of 8 weekend days (per 4-week period) Fluency in English (and preferably also in Dutch) 📲 Process Interested?
