Junior Captain Inflow FCA

We’re looking for Junior Captains to join our team in our automated Fulfilment Centre, FCA! In this role you will have a focus on a specific process area (or “value stream”). As Captain Inflow you will be part of the Planning value stream.

As a value stream Junior Captain, you will actively contribute to the process by performing Shopper tasks, and at the same time have the opportunity to play an important role in our operation by facilitating the last stage in our Inflow process. Responsibilities

to your current day-to-day activities. While you will mostly be performing regular Shopper tasks, you will be responsible for a qualitative and efficient inflow of new shoppers. This means you will be leading the Shopper Experience Rounds (SER).

Next to that you will take on the final screening in the hiring process and check if the candidates are a good fit for FCA! Also, you could be training flex workers or other FC shoppers if they work at FCA. In order to become a true specialist, you will be working in one process area (value stream) for a longer period.

You will work together with the inbound/outbound shift lead to help ensure our processes run smoothly.
