Senior Director of Operations

Opportunity Edged Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

include, but aren’t limited to, pre-sales Development team efforts (project development, estimating, application engineering) as well as large project construction execution servicing large scale data center critical infrastructure and other large power user infrastructure projects. The Sr. Director of Operations will be responsible for project scope, schedule, and budget and will act as the Project Executive for large, critical clients.

This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to: Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop an operations team capable of scaling with future mission-critical infrastructure projects; foster a safety-first and results-driven culture. Program Development: Establish and refine standardized corporate processes for project execution, ensuring scalability and operational excellence across the portfolio. Organizational Support: Work cross-functionally with our Endeavour groups to support processes around project financial management, document control, client management, and other needs.

Project Management: Provide executive oversight for the daily execution of key projects, ensuring all milestones are met with precision. Technical Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of critical infrastructure, project management, and construction practices to oversee complex infrastructure build-outs and resource allocation. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary executive liaison between internal leadership and external site stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.

Compliance and Safety: Enforce rigorous safety standards and corporate compliance across all operational activities to meet and exceed industry regulations. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience 10+ years of experience in industrial operations or construction leadership Experience in mission-critical environments is required Proven track record of leading project development and execution, including leading large scale execution teams.

Skills Technical Breadth: Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, critical infrastructure, and mission-critical project needs. Operational Excellence: Ability to drive day-to-day operational needs, leading to consistent, on-time, on-budget execution. Organizational Support: Deep understanding of organizational functions related to project delivery including finance/accounting, supply chain, engineering, quality, and O&M handoff.
