Mechanical Engineer to join our fast-growing team. REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Senior-engineer level experience in mechanical engineering design for electro-mechanical products, with deep understanding of thermal, electrical, and environmental considerations. Knowledge of the mechanical considerations of PCB design and PCB packaging.

Ability to advise RF, Microwave, Digital & Antenna engineering teams on constraints (mechanical, environmental, thermal) & work to a production solution. Advanced-to-expert level user of Solidworks. 5 GD&T.

Knowledge in hand and computational analysis for modal, stress and thermal considerations. DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) Proficient experience in ANSYS/similar analysis software for thermal and structural computational analyses. Experience leading the mechanical design of RF or millimeter-wave transmit/receive modules, or equivalent PWA-based transceivers, at x-band or above through qualification & product launch.

Requirements

Knowledge of various production processes and ability to tailor design to those processes to meet design to cost objectives. Relationships with local fabrication shops.
