In this role, you will be the primary driver for global regulatory certifications, ensuring our wearable technology meets the highest standards of safety and compliance from early design through market launch.

What You Will Do

: Drive "Design for Compliance" initiatives from start to finish, collaborating cross-functionally with Hardware and Firmware Engineering teams to integrate regulatory

Manage relationships and project timelines with external regulatory test labs and agencies to drive global certifications to completion for New Product Introductions (NPI).

Partner closely with OEM and ODM partners to ensure manufacturing processes align with Oura’s rigorous compliance and quality standards. Independently establish structure and clarity within the compliance function, proactively identifying critical path dependencies that could impact launch timelines.

This is a hybrid role out of our San Francisco office.

We would love to consider you for this role if you have: 5+ years of experience in Product Compliance specifically within the consumer electronics industry.

Proven experience working directly with 3rd party labs and managing OEM/ODM compliance relationships. Deep understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle (PDL) and its impact on certification timelines.
