Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center (EPVMC) was founded on the belief that pets of the Lehigh Valley deserve access to advanced veterinary care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some require emergency procedures following trauma. Others come to us for advanced orthopedic repairs, complex soft tissue surgery, or procedures that restore mobility and quality of life. Behind every successful surgery is a skilled team that prepares, monitors, and cares for patients throughout the entire surgical process.

This is where our CVTs make a profound difference. On any given day, you might be placing IV catheters and preparing patients for anesthesia, monitoring a patient during a complex orthopedic repair, or assisting a surgeon during a soft tissue procedure. You may be calculating anesthetic protocols, managing advanced monitoring equipment, or guiding a patient safely through recovery after surgery.

Surgery requires precision, focus, and exceptional teamwork. Every procedure depends on technicians who can anticipate needs, think critically, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and sterility. It is fast paced, technically demanding, and incredibly rewarding.
