POSITION OVERVIEW The Creator & Content Coordinator owns the operational engine behind Earth Rated's creator program — the pipelines, the partnerships, and the day-to-day execution that keeps our creator relationships running smoothly and strategically. This role was built to bring in-house what we used to rely on an external agency to manage, putting sharper ownership, faster execution, and tighter brand alignment at the center of our influencer work. This role exists because we believe the creator model is one of Earth Rated's most powerful levers for brand awareness — and proving that starts here.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— What you own Creator Discovery & Pipeline Management Source, vet, and onboard creators who genuinely fit the Earth Rated brand and community — dog owners who live it, not just post it. Maintain and continuously grow an organized creator pipeline, using AI tools to identify talent, track outreach status, and surface patterns in what's working. Own the creator database: keep it current, tagged, and actionable so no opportunity gets lost in a spreadsheet.

Contract, Relationship & Content Administration Manage creator contracts end-to-end — from drafting and sending to tracking signatures and flagging renewals. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creators in the program, keeping communication timely and the experience frictionless. Coordinate briefing logistics so creators have what they need to deliver on time and on brand.

Review creator content against Earth Rated's brand guidelines — checking for accuracy, tone, visual standards, and messaging — and manage the revision cycle through to final approval. Own the feedback loop between Earth Rated and creators during the editing process: clear, timely direction that gets content to final without unnecessary back-and-forth. Track content delivery timelines across active partnerships, flagging risks early and keeping campaigns on schedule.

Seeding & Gifting Execution Own the full seeding and gifting workflow: product selection, coordination with warehouse or ops partners, shipping tracking, and creator follow-up. Keep gifting organized across campaigns and one-off moments, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every touchpoint feels intentional. Reporting & Performance Tracking Build and maintain recurring performance reports on creator activity, reach, engagement, and content output — using AI to automate where possible and spend time on analysis, not assembly.

Support the Sr. Manager, Creator Partnerships with data pulls and dashboard inputs that inform strategy, campaign decisions, and the ongoing case for the creator model. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE The creator pipeline is always active — new talent is being discovered, tracked, and moved through a clear process without prompting.

Contracts, gifting, and creator communications are executed on time, every time, with zero dropped balls. • Reporting is ready before it's asked for — accurate, AI-assisted, and clear enough that the Sr. Manager can walk into any strategic conversation with the numbers she needs.

Creators in the program consistently feel well-supported and briefed, which shows up in content quality and partnership longevity. Six months in, there's a clear operational infrastructure in place that didn't exist before — and the transition away from the agency is invisible to the creators themselves.
