You’ll work with a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses.
What You’Ll Do
: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans Deliver care that includes manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation Collaborate with support staff and fellow clinicians to ensure seamless, team-based care Guide patients through fitness and wellness programs tailored to long-term recovery and prevention Document patient progress using Clinicient Participate in professional development through in-services, CEUs, and ongoing learning opportunities About You You'll make a great fit for this role if you bring the following: Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Desire to grow your career within a dynamic and expanding practice Degree from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program License (or eligibility) to practice in the state of Massachusetts Passion for delivering excellent, patient-centered, evidence-based care Eagerness to build your skills and contribute to a positive clinic culture Strong interpersonal and communication abilities At OrthoSportsMED™ Physical Therapy, we invest in a culture of inclusion and positivity and encourage all to apply to our open roles.
