We allow everyone to be who they are. Operations: Provides exceptional customer service by developing positive working relationships with internal and external customers. Promptly checks drivers in and out as they arrive and exit the facility in accordance with company standards.
Schedules appointments for carriers and communicates information to the Operations and Transportation teams where appropriate.
Requirements
and established departmental procedures. Research and provide proof of delivery for claims and order discrepancies, as requested, in a timely manner. Resolves shipment issues, including late issues with carriers, anticipates/proactively manages potential late shipments, and swiftly resolves past due shipments.
Performs routine clerical duties to support the operations department, including maintaining and organizing records, files, and data, and running shipment status reports. Supports other departments by assisting with completing internal system transactions to ensure operational effectiveness. Adheres to all company quality and customer service standards.
Completes all required paperwork in a legible and timely manner. Reads, understands, uses, and follows standard operating procedures. Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Assists in maintaining the security of the Fulfillment Center. Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety. Follows internal controls and company policies.
Backup for the Process Weaver/Verifier on the production floor.
