Title: Mental Health Facility Administrator/Director Job Duties: The Administrator/Director directs and coordinates all aspects of the center’s overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations.
Requirements
The Administrator/Director is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Administrator/Director supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing potential referral sources.
Qualifications
: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, RN, or a field related to mental health. A minimum of five years in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity. Regulatory experience and knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria.
Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
