Be Part of Our Village: The Care Coordinator supports daily operations of the clinic and is responsible for intake and scheduling for PPT clients across a wide range of services. In this position, you will change the game for children with disabilities and developmental delays by serving as a connection point between families and interdisciplinary team members in an energetic and fun clinic environment. PPT is looking for a candidate who can understand and problem solve the scheduling process between two different scheduling systems, gather data on key metrics for success, and build strong relationships with providers, clients, families, and future members of the PPT village.

Qualifications
: Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer skills including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Previous experience in medical scheduling and/or customer service preferred Understanding of of Insurance and Medicaid
