Position : Lead Business Analyst Location : Washington, DC Metro Area (onsite as required) Clearance/Screening: High Risk Public Trust required — candidates must complete a Tier 4 background investigation and receive a favorable adjudication prior to placement. Position Summary: The Lead Business Analyst will have overall responsibility for execution of tasks across the agency portfolio, including envisioning and delivering long-term strategies that meet mission objectives.

Support budgeting and financial analysis for programs: maintain budget/spend plans, track obligations/commitments/expenses, perform variance analysis and forecasting, and coordinate with finance and program control specialists. Manage and oversee subcontractor work when applicable; ensure timely status reporting and deliverable completion.
Prepare programmatic/status briefings and participate in proposal/orals preparation and executive-level presentations as needed. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Qualifications
: 10+ years of technical, business, and solution architecture experience. Experience identifying and classifying application components to support business and performance objectives and the technologies they employ; experience analyzing application inventories and developing architecture guidance. Experience with DHS SELC and federal governance and investment processes (CPIC, OMB Exhibit 300) Proven configuration management and change control experience.
Requirements (DHS Sensitive Systems Policy, NIST 800-Series, FISMA)
