Overview: We are hiring a trade desk support engineer to join our IT department to handle L1 thru L3 level support of service requests/incidents in a professional and timely manner. Customer service and production support are the most important aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

: Monitoring and alerting of critical trading system environments Proactive identification and resolution of production issues Development of tools and driving efficiency/stability improvements/ automation with scripting Troubleshooting and resolution of complex systems issues Production Deployments of all infrastructure components Off hours pager support on a rotating schedule
