We’re looking for a Shopper Insight Client Lead who wants to make a real business impact through data, insights and client partnerships. As part of our team, you will work with leading FMCG manufacturers and retailer stakeholders, helping them turn customer and sales data into actionable recommendations that drive growth. This role combines client management, commercial thinking, analytical problem solving and project delivery.
You will independently manage a portfolio of clients, identify growth opportunities, deliver insight projects and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.
What We'Re Looking For
Experience 2–4 years of experience in FMCG, retail, category management, shopper insights, customer analytics, consultancy or a related commercial role Experience working with clients or business stakeholders Experience turning data into business recommendations and presentations Skills Ability to build strong client relationships while effectively managing projects and multiple stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business stories and actionable recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and storytelling skills in Hungarian and English, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to client stakeholders Strong Power BI, Excel and data visualization skills Proactive commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, manage multiple priorities and work independently Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI-powered tools and new technologies to improve productivity and client outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field Fluent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken What you can expect from us We won’t
