Assistant Store Leader SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next-generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will work closely with the Store Leader to ensure the store is operationally sound, business results are achieved, and exceptional customer service is provided consistently.

Leadership & People Partner with the Store Leader to drive the overall success of the Regent Street Flagship. Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Sales Associates, and Brand Ambassadors to achieve individual and team performance goals. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture where feedback, accountability, and continuous development are part of everyday leadership.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and performance management. Act as a role model for the SKIMS Standard, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and exceptional leadership. Lead daily business walks, team huddles, and operational communication to ensure alignment across the store.
Client Experience Deliver an elevated luxury-inspired service experience that exceeds guest expectations. Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and product expertise. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Champion clienteling initiatives and encourage repeat business through personalized service. Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently maintained throughout the store. Commercial Performance Support the delivery of sales, profitability, and productivity goals.
Monitor business trends, KPIs, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth. Coach teams using sales data and performance insights to improve results. Drive conversion, units per transaction, average order value, and customer engagement.
Execute promotional strategies and product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams. Operations Support all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
