At Medier, CRM is the heart of the business. We are looking for a VP of Engagement , who will own the full customer lifecycle strategy. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that our global user base returns, engages, and grows in value.

You will lead a massive, fast-scaling organization (including 80+ upcoming hires) and partner deeply with our technical teams to evolve our internal CRM product.
