We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to join our construction team on the WAL6 project in Wallula, Washington.

Key Responsibilities

: Lead and oversee all commissioning activities from pre-construction planning through project closeout and handover. Coordinate commissioning for all major building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, and fire protection systems. Verify system installation readiness and facilitate pre-functional and functional performance testing.

Collaborate closely with construction management, engineering, safety, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams to resolve technical and scheduling issues. Track commissioning progress, identify risks, and provide regular, transparent reporting to project leadership. Manage commissioning-related punch list items, deficiencies, and corrective actions to closure.

Required Qualifications

: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning, construction management, MEP coordination, or related disciplines. , OSHA 30).
