Engineering Analytics, Inc. is now a part of MacKay Sposito and we are looking for a dedicated and relationship-driven Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Development team in Raton, NM. We offer a comfortable, collaborative work environment with flexible work arrangements.

within 4 years of graduation from college 0-4 years of relevant experience in public works and civil design Technical Skills and abilities: Engineering design, including but not limited to grading, drainage, and site layout for municipal infrastructure projects Construction management and oversight Cost estimating Preparation of procurement and construction specifications Scheduling and subcontractor management Data analysis, problem-solving, and cost estimating Interpersonal skills and abilities: Nimble learner and adapts well to change Emotional intelligence Maintains confidentiality Active listening skills Conflict resolution skills Why Join MacKay?
