About The Role

You will act as the primary legal and compliance expert for investment services, ensuring our platform adheres strictly to European and Austrian capital markets regulations. Key Responsibilities

: Establish, manage, and continuously improve a robust compliance framework in accordance with MiFID II and the Austrian Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018). Draft, implement, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and controls relevant to the Compliance area. Act as the subject matter expert on investment services and activities under MiFID II / WAG 2018, providing regulatory guidance to internal teams.

Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports on compliance topics to senior management and the Board.
