COMPENSATION

Year one guarantee: $270,000 Year two production average: $300,000- $330,000 Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day INCENTIVE PACKAGE A $50,000 incentive pool covers relocation assistance, loan repayment options, and a negotiable sign-on bonus structured around what matters most to you Sign-on bonus: Negotiable, part of the incentive pool PRACTICE DETAILS You will step into a fully established outpatient panel with 30 years of patient relationships behind it. No building from scratch, no startup friction. The practice is relationship-centered and independent, with physician autonomy backed by strong administrative support.

The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings. This position performs tasks that may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
