Job Summary The Project Executive provides strategic and operational oversight for projects in various phases of electrical and mechanical construction, as well as pre-construction activities. This role is responsible for driving program performance through effective leadership, operational management, stakeholder coordination, and resource alignment. The position ensures projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance, while leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing project teams.
Responsibilities
· Strategic Leadership: Oversee project managers and multiple construction projects; set program strategy, priorities, and long-term plans. · Project Delivery: Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets; act as primary escalation for major issues. · Operational Management: Allocate resources (people, equipment, materials), control budgets, and manage project risks.

through regular site visits and audits. · Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success. · Quality and Continuous Improvement: Ensure workmanship meets standards and lead process improvements to boost efficiency.
· Reporting and Communication: Provide concise status updates to executive leadership and ensure clear two way communication between field and management. · Team Leadership and Development: Coach, mentor, and manage performance of project staff with HR partnership; foster engagement and accountability. · Business Development Support: Assist pursuit efforts, proposals, and smooth transition of awarded work while sustaining current programs.
· Collaboration and Other Duties: Work cross functionally with company departments; perform other duties as assigned. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications
