S.
Navy, or other Department of Defense organizations. This position will provide day-to-day project management support to government leadership by assisting with project planning, execution, schedule management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure mission priorities are successfully executed. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting technical projects involving information technology, cloud computing, network systems, systems engineering, or digital modernization initiatives.
Working closely with government project managers, technical teams, and contractors, this individual will help coordinate project activities, track deliverables, manage project documentation, and ensure timely communication across project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Support government clients with the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and initiatives. • Assist in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), project timelines, milestones, action item trackers, and project documentation. • Monitor project status, identify schedule impacts, risks, issues, and dependencies, and communicate findings to project leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, Integrated Product Team (IPT) sessions, technical exchanges, and project reviews while documenting meeting minutes and tracking action items through completion. • Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, briefing materials, dashboards, and performance metrics for government leadership. • Coordinate activities among government personnel, contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
• Support technical projects involving cloud technologies, edge computing, network infrastructure, systems integration, and digital modernization efforts.
