How You’ll Shape Our Story As RunOps Specialist, you will be in a key position in charge of managing the preventive and corrective maintenance of our electric vehicle chargers, technical support and leveraging the use of our charging spots.
Your role will be dynamic, with a wide range of functions: Field Leadership Manage a team of technicians in the field, ensuring their efficiency, safety, and skills development. Planning: Organize and optimize intervention schedules to guarantee maximum responsiveness and reliability. KPIs and monitoring: Define and analyze performance indicators for technicians and contractors to steer results.
Cross-functional collaboration: Ensure smooth communication between local teams (Deployment Operations, Partnerships) and central teams (Product, Data, Hardware, Energy, Central Operations, Service Support, HR), so they can help you achieve your goals while giving them the visibility they need for theirs. Safety: Be the guarantor of team and site safety. Contractor management: Manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure expected service levels.
Technical supervision and management Maintenance and quality: Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies and commissioning, working with both internal teams and external providers. Diagnostics and supervision: Monitor charging station performance via our supervision tools, diagnose anomalies, and manage their resolution remotely or on-site. Financial (P&L) and operational performance of the network P&L responsibility: Manage the profitability of your hubs, maximize ROI, and define/implement actions to increase usage.
Analysis and reporting: Track hub KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and create clear action plans. Continuous optimization: Propose innovative solutions to improve functional performance and the user experience. Continuous improvement and innovation Proactive resolution: Critically assess recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions.
Automation: Identify inefficiencies and implement tools to simplify and accelerate operations ("eliminate then automate"). Voice of the customer: Gather user feedback to guide product and service improvements. Process standardization: Improve protocols and ensure operational excellence across all interventions.
The Profile You Need To Have With 2+ years of experience in a technical, industrial, or operational environment, ideally in field management. Technical skills: Knowledge of electrical equipment, especially in diagnostics and troubleshooting. Leadership mindset: Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a technical team, while maintaining a collaborative approach.
Proactivity & self-drive: Autonomous, able to take initiative and propose solutions before problems even arise. You can anticipate needs and act decisively. Results-oriented: Pragmatic, focused on solving problems quickly and effectively.
Organizational excellence: Rigorous and methodical, able to juggle priorities while keeping goals in sight.
