Position Overview CRA’s Risk, Investigations & Analytics Practice is an integrated global team that combines specialized investigative and forensic accounting capabilities with sophisticated data analytics and extensive subject-matter expertise to gather intelligence, efficiently respond to crises, and identify and mitigate risks for our clients through all stages of due diligence, investigations, disputes, and litigation. We provide economic and financial advisory services to companies, legal counsel, and tribunals involved in matters relating to intellectual property disputes (such as patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark and copyright infringement), International Trade Commission investigations, and commercial litigation (such as breach of contract, business interruption, tortious interference, and price discrimination). As an Associate, you will work alongside your project team and have frequent contact with senior leadership, working primarily on intellectual property disputes and commercial litigation matters.

Qualifications
