About The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, emotionally intelligent Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help us scale smarter—not just faster. This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You’ll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care.

What You’Ll Do

Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills Build long-term relationships with candidates Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
