Molding Technician - Night Shift (6:00pm to 6:00am) Overview US Conec is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Technician to join our night shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll support injection molding operations by setting up machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized production floor.

You’ll work closely with the Shift Lead to execute daily tasks and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead Must Haves Less than high school education, or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination Forklift certification required Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction
