What You'Ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding — across warehouse operations, logistics, and corporate roles. Build a healthy pipeline through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and bilingual talent communities.

What you bring Bachelor's degree, or equivalent recruiting experience. 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency). Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).

Proven sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels. Strong communication, organization, and candidate-management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and juggling multiple open roles.

Logistics, supply chain, or high-volume / warehouse recruiting experience is a plus.
