As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, consulting with Hiring Managers/Business Leaders, developing and executing talent strategies, effectively identifying, and engaging with candidates, always keeping an eye on delivering the best experience for stakeholders, and positioning IEM as the employer of choice. Please note: This role follows a hybrid schedule with two required in-office days each week and is a 14-month contract.
