About The Role
We are looking for a BIM/VDC Engineer to join our Virtual Design & Construction team on our project in Wichita Falls, TX. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate problem solving using technology and collaboration with project teams, both internal and external Coordinate workload for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s) Manage modeling efforts and deliverables to solve construction issues Understand and contribute to the VDC coordination schedule by tracking
Qualifications
Required: 0–4 years of BIM/VDC experience working on commercial construction projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combination of training and experience Willingness to relocate and travel Willingness to learn, grow, and further develop relevant professional skills Knowledge of 3D modeling and coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other applicable tools Understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules Basic understanding of the construction management process (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings) Preferred: Outstanding communication and time management skills Experience applying VDC best practices on large-scale projects #LI-KM1 Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).
