The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating transportation activities, monitoring shipments, communicating with carriers and internal stakeholders, and resolving routine operational issues. The role supports logistics operations through execution of established processes, shipment tracking, reporting, and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

Manage Logistics day to day operations Monitor and track all loads and troubleshoot issues with carriers when problems arise Maintain accurate and timely shipment updates to ensure visibility and operational continuity Monitor and respond promptly to internal and external communications, providing shipment status updates and pertinent information to carriers, plant teams, and key stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers to facilitate shipment execution and status updates while providing prompt, high-level customer service Coordinate the resolution of routine shipment issues while maintaining the best customer experience and escalate non routine concerns to management, as needed.
