We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Student Support Officer to join our Student Services Team at the Cradley Campus on a 40-week term time only, permanent basis. This role is part time, 30 hours per week and will offer you the chance to support students in overcoming barriers, enhancing their wellbeing, and thriving in their studies. As a Student Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of student success, working closely with curriculum staff, safeguarding teams, and external agencies to ensure every student receives the support they need.

You’ll play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment, where every student can flourish. Please note, shorting listing will be in mid August and interviews will be held w/c 17th August 2026.
