Client Service Representative - Daytime Weekday

Join our veterinary team as a Client Service Representative (CSR) ! You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients while helping keep the hospital running smoothly. Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain patient medical history Process invoices and payments Verify patient immunization and testing status Communicate with veterinarians and technicians regarding patient arrivals and treatments Fill prescriptions, food orders, and over-the-counter products as directed Accurately enter information into the practice management software Assist with additional duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent Veterinary or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
