Summary Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Groundskeeper for various apartment communities in North Tonawanda, Hamburg, and Buffalo. This role includes a mix of interior and exterior grounds and cleaning . We’re looking for a flexible, 'all-hands-on-deck' professional who is ready to jump in and help wherever needed most.

Responsibilities

Enhance the curb appeal of our properties by maintaining the parking lots, trash areas, dog waste stations, and outdoor spaces. Light landscaping such as grass cutting, weeding, mulching, and pruning. Clean interior common areas and unit turnovers as needed.

Snow removal as needed, including clearing and salting walkways. Help with basic repairs and maintenance as needed. Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate.

Requirements
