Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required at least once per year for an onsite meeting.

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. This Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Research Operations product area within the Trusted Research Environment, part of the Evidence team at Truveta, which develops a modern research platform enabling researchers to generate high-quality real-world evidence from one of the world’s largest collections of electronic health record data.

Research Operations ensures that researchers and organizations remain informed and in control throughout the entire research lifecycle. It provides the shared platform capabilities that support every experience within the Trusted Research Environment, enabling transparency, governance, operational visibility, administration, auditing, cost management, and the operational metadata that captures the history and evolution of research over time. As research becomes more collaborative, AI-assisted, and enterprise-scale, researchers and organizations need confidence that they remain informed and in control throughout the research lifecycle.

Requirements

As AI agents take on increasingly autonomous work, this need for transparency, governance, operational oversight, and cost awareness becomes even more critical. You will bring together existing capabilities into a cohesive long-term strategy while identifying new opportunities to simplify enterprise research. You will partner closely with Engineering in both Seattle and India, Design, Security, Finance, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and other Product teams to build shared platform capabilities that enable the next generation of AI-native research.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex platform problems, simplifying enterprise workflows, and building products that help researchers and organizations confidently operate research at scale .
