Requirements
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has experience working with ERP/WMS systems—preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Management.
and support demand forecasting Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and components Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery schedules, and product availability Support new product setup and item master data management within ERP/WMS systems Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and supporting replenishment planning Resolve supplier and receiving issues, including: Shipment discrepancies Damaged or incomplete deliveries Vendor returns and RMAs Ensure accurate documentation and system updates related to purchasing, receiving, and returns Partner with warehouse, operations, and accounting teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor data, and pricing information Identify and escalate supply chain risks or delays to appropriate stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement efficiency and inventory accuracy Other functions as assigned in support of the organizational objectives Why EquipmentShare?
