About The Role
– Strategic Finance Lead We're building out a Strategic Finance function to cover the analytical and strategic work our VP of Finance can no longer cover alone as the company scales. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role: you'll model potential commercial deals and pricing, bring a financial lens to S OP planning to keep working capital in check as we scale manufacturing, and support fundraising, capital structuring, and investor and board communications. You will work directly with executive leadership and, at times, the board.
You'll partner closely with our Senior Finance Manager, who owns FP A, cost-down execution, and working capital modeling, to make sure operational financial reality is reflected in every strategic model and financing conversation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and willing to roll their sleeves up. An ability to operate independently is critical as a substantial amount of time will be spent working cross-functionally as well as interfacing directly with external parties.
