We are seeking an Maintenance Technician to join our team at J Rivelle , a brand-new, luxury lease‑up community in Arlington, VA J Rivelle is a 442 unit, 27-story mixed-use luxury high-rise located at the foot of the iconic Key Bridge, connecting Northern Virginia and the fashionable Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC. Residences feature top-of-market finishes including floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies boasting unimpeded views.

The rooftop offers a resort-style pool, entertainment deck, and a 270-degree observation. 00 per hour In the Maintenance Technician role, the primary objective is to provide superior care and customer service to our valued residents by providing quality, timely and right the first time responses to residents’ service needs.

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to: Replaces filters and cleans air conditioning vents in vacant apartments and occupied units, in addition to other preventative maintenance tasks Assists maintenance staff with service requests.
