About The Role
Are you an analytical thinker with a keen eye for design? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Account Executive Trainee to manage our daily customer-facing digital experience. In this integrated role, you will be the bridge between data operations and client management.
This is a hands-on opportunity to master industry-leading platforms like Salesforce while launching your career in digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Content Account Executive Trainee, you will manage the end-to-end launch of our weekly campaigns across both our website and mobile app: Campaign Data Setup: Create and maintain weekly master Excel sheets (prices, dates, discounts, and store lists) and upload them into Salesforce to power our targeted customer offers and coupons. Promotional Logic Configuration: Translate complex commercial offers into the system, ensuring the discount logic works flawlessly at checkout. Website App Content Management: Upload weekly product catalogs, structure campaign landing pages, write copywriting elements, and schedule homepage updates using our Content Management System (CMS).
Visual Merchandising Image Prep: Source missing product imagery from our databases and organize product layout rankings to optimize the customer journey. Quality Assurance Audits : Conduct weekly categorization audits and double-check all active prices, variants, and visual links to guarantee a bug-free experience. Master the Basics of Account Management: Assist with managing campaigns timelines, deliverables, and communication, gaining valuable experience in keeping projects on track.
Requirements
We are looking for a unique, hybrid profile who enjoys balancing analytical puzzle-solving with visual client organization: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or related. Eligibility for the IEFP’s Estágios +Talento program (for young job seekers registered with IEFP, aged 35 or younger, with a qualification level equal to or higher than QNQ level 6). Logical Data-Comfortable: You have a natural comfort with numbers, structured data, and basic mathematical logic.
Excel Proficient: You are comfortable working with spreadsheets (pivots, formulas, CSV data manipulation). Extreme Attention to Detail: You are highly meticulous. You naturally double-check your work because you know a single digit out of place impacts thousands of customers.
