About The Role
– Associate Manager, Activation We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Associate Manager, Activation to join Media Futures Group, a dedicated division serving Google. In this role, you will support a variety of different brands and campaigns, acting as a crucial team player brought in where needed to drive activation success. If you have a solid understanding of digital media—with a primary focus on programmatic advertising—and are eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative, fast-paced team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
e. Newsletter podcasts), primarily focusing on Google Ads and DV360. Media Support: Oversee media buys with a heavy emphasis on YouTube activation, while collaborating with various external vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with planning and account teams to support multiple lines of business across the Google portfolio. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client objectives are met, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset. Management of digital publishers: Serve as a point of contact for key external partners while actively managing day-to-day relationships, coordinate reporting and proactively resolve campaign execution issues to ensure successful delivery.
Data Integrity: Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking, budget pacing, and flawless execution.
What We’Re Looking For
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience activating programmatic and paid search campaigns. Platform Expertise: Strong working familiarity with Google Ads and DV360 is highly preferred. Experience or understanding of Paid Social is a plus.
