About The Role
We are looking for a creative and collaborative Digital Designer to join our Digital Product team! In this role, your goal is simple: help us design the digital experiences that turn curious consumers into loyal subscribers. Working closely with our eCommerce Specialist, Growth Marketing, and Creative partners, you will take our brand campaigns and translate them into engaging on-site experiences.
You’ll work closely with our Product Designer on the storefront, with a focus on visual craft, brand expression, and keeping the storefront looking fresh and commercially effective. We are also excited for this person to embrace AI. You'll use AI tools to speed up your day-to-day workflow—handling routine formatting and generating assets so you have more time to spend on the actual creative craft that AI can't replicate.
If you worked here this past month, here are some things you might have been involved in: Helping design a site takeover for a new product launch (like adding a cameo from “Clammy” as a temporary avatar during our Splash Limited Edition). Using AI tools to generate draft assets and format standard banners, saving yourself hours of manual resizing. Collaborating with Growth Marketing to iterate on landing pages, making sure the design connects the ad content smoothly to the shop experience.
Partnering with the Product Designer to ensure your campaign placements fit nicely within the everyday storefront. Updating standard campaign placements (banners, hero treatments, product callouts) to keep the site looking unmistakably Who Gives A Crap. Sprinkling digital easter eggs across the site that reward curiosity (like hiding toilets across the site for a "Where's the Loo" Limited Edition campaign).
Let’s talk about you You are a solid visual designer who understands that great digital design isn't just about looking good—it's about helping the customer find what they need. Curiosity around AI: You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools to speed up your production work, but you know that the final brand finish and quality control always stay with you. Commercial Interest: You want to know why a design works.
You're curious about how campaigns perform on site and are open to using customer insights to tweak your designs. A Collaborative Mindset: You are a great team player.
