The Director of Maintenance role is pivotal to each community's success. AVE is seeking a Director of Maintenance who is hands-on and leads by example. The ideal candidate thrives on a fast-paced and diversified operation.

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to: Inspire and motivate the maintenance team to achieve our high level of brand standards and overall resident experience Hold maintenance team members accountable for daily

Ensure maintenance team completes resident service requests and prepare suites for move-ins in a timely manner Ensure proper maintenance team coverage for on-call rotation, community emergencies, winter weather, etc. Create and execute preventative maintenance schedules including inspections of HVAC systems, interior/exterior lighting, fire safety, power washing, and more Manage all outside vendor work performed at the community Manage the maintenance and presentation of all building equipment, including weekly washing, annual inspections, etc.
