We are looking for a motivated, energetic Outside Sales teammates to join our events marketing team. Outside Sales teams will promote our services at local events as well as home shows and will canvass neighborhoods in our territory as a unified team of representatives.

They work together and support one another as they strive to meet both shared and individual goals and set qualified appointments for our In-home Sales Consultants. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working indoors/outdoors, and representing a growing brand in local communities and at local events.

Key Responsibilities

: Schedule Qualified Roofing Inspection Appointments Initiate friendly conversations with community members and provide detailed information and or suggestions.

Qualifications

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environments Basic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific software Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions is a plus, but not required

What We Offer

: Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Based Incentives On-Target Earnings: $43,680 - $70,000 depending on performance Full time hours- 32-40 per week Opportunities to grow into sales or leadership roles A fun, people-focused role that makes a visible impact on our community Training and ongoing support from an experienced marketing team
